A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited. No shows will also have their deposit forfeited, and will be required to pay for their future treatments upfront in full. Any alterations to treatments that reduce the overall time and cost will result in the original treatment fee to be paid.

 

If pregnant, Lamination can only be performed from the THIRD trimester only. Lamination cannot be performed if  you are on skin medications such as Roaccutane. You must have stopped taking Roaccutane for a minimum of 6 months before your Brow Lamination treatment. 

 

You must stop using any retinols, AHAS/BHAS and exfoliating products for a minimum of 5 days before your treatment. Using these products can increase your risk of adverse reactions, such as burning.

Lash Filler (lift) can only be performed minimum 8 weeks between treatments, regardless of being completed at Brow House or elsewhere.
